New Luxury Selection Multi-packs

Cadbury Schweppes (CSITR) announces two new additions to the premium Cadbury Luxury Selection Range. The products have been introduced as a result of a programme of extensive research to gain shopper insight and to build on the success of the existing Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline 335g tower pack.

The two new Cadbury Luxury Selection variants being launched over the next few months are the dark chocolate multi-pack and a milk chocolate multi-pack. Each pack contains four individually wrapped (4 x 100g) bars of creamy milk and rich dark chocolate. The creamy milk multi-pack is a unique collection of chocolate indulgence, with two luxury milk chocolate bars and two Cappuccino flavoured milk chocolate bars with coffee crisps. The dark chocolate multi-pack includes four individually wrapped luxury bars of fine dark chocolate rich with 72% cocoa solids.

Cadbury Luxury Selection Dark Chocolate Multi-pack (4 x100g)
• The new Dark Chocolate Multi-pack contains 4x100g bars of individually wrapped dark chocolate
• The four bars are slim Fine Dark Chocolate rich with 72% coca solids
• Aligned with current consumer trends, and offers shoppers a high quality dark chocolate with very high cocoa solids levels of 72%
• Exclusive to travel retail
• Ideal for informal gifting and sharing


Cadbury Luxury Selection Milk Chocolate Multi-pack (4 x100g)
• The new Milk Chocolate Multi-pack contains 4x100g bars of individually wrapped chocolate
• The pack contains two different slim bars of milk chocolate
o 2  x Creamy Milk Chocolate bars
o 2 x Luxury Cappuccino flavoured milk chocolate bars with Coffee Crisps. (Research showed support for the unusual text and good balance of coffee and chocolate flavours)
• Research showed strong support for flavour variety within multi-pack
•  Exclusive to travel retail
• Ideal assortment of luxury bars for informal gifting and sharing

Research indicated:
• The multi-packs were ideal to indulge oneself as chocoholics love to buy bars for their travels
• The inclusion of bars into the Luxury Selection range will encourage trial and self-consumption and makes the range more substantial
• The product quality of all the bar flavours tested was seen as high and consistent with range expectations.
